Kristina Elliott
Born and raised in Canada. While yoga has been my foundation, I feel Pilates complements yoga, and many other fitness activities, very well. I noticed a positive impact doing Pilates while training for a half marathon. I thoroughly enjoy helping people feel their best and tap into their full protentional. I believe when you feel good, it has a ripple effect into other areas of your life and relationships. I look forward to sharing the joy of movement with you and helping you feel your best.

Prepare to elevate your Pilates practice with our Power mix class. This class operates at a moderate tempo using a repertoire of advanced Pilates exercises bringing your session to the next level by pushing your boundaries and intensifying your workout.
