Pat Hernandez was first introduced to the Pilates Method in 1996. During this time she became interested in deepening her knowledge of the mind-body connection. Pat is passionate about Pilates and her clients healthy well being by helping them improve their lives through Pilates.
Pat holds a comprehensive certification through Balanced Body University. Her specialty certification is “Pilates for Scoliosis” through the Pilates Alliance Australia. “Working with Seniors” through the National Pilates Certification Program. “Pre and Post Rehab“ through Pilates Alliance Australia. Pat is also considered an Elder in the world of Pilates. “

PILATES FOR SCOLIOSIS.
This class is especially geared for client with Osteo Scoliosis.
While Pilates may not cure or fix Scoliosis, it will improve posture, elongate the Spine, and uniformly develop tissue. This Spine centered approach to movement makes Pilates an ideal modality for individuals with Scoliosis.

This class offers a unique mix of traditional and contemporary Pilates exercises while moving at a slower pace focusing on balance, flexibility and core strength.
