Katie Kelley

Katie is passionate Pilates Mat Instructor with 5 years of experience. She is certified through Power Pilates and has experience working with people of all fitness backgrounds. She has taught at Pure Pilates Dallas, taught Pilates for Ballet dancers at Elite Classical Coaching, as well as private and semi-private lessons. She is also a professional ballet dancer and loves sharing her love for movement and the art of Contrology with others!

Beth Bizer

Beth created 'Best Fit For You' as a personal movement; tired of waking up feeling unmotivated and heavy from the world. Working as a Licenced Vocatioanl Nurse for over 25 years Beth knew the importance of a healthy lifestyle but like many woman she felt trapped in the on and off again of dieting and exercise plans. At 50 years old it was time for movement, it was time for a change. On her journey to change she became a Certified Pilates Instructor, an A.C.E. Certified Health Coach, Certified Aromatherapist and the study of Reflexology.

FIT AND FIFTY was her new goal. As she took on the new adventure she didn't want to do it alone she needed a tribe. That tribe is you, women of all walks of life, women who seek community, women who want change, women who want to feel healthy and passionate about their life.

Health is not just about working out or dieting. It's a lifestyle and a mindset.

Ellen-Marie Leach

My passion for Pilates all began on the hardwood floor of a youthful ballet class, followed by years of modern dance. I believe it was the rigorous training and focus on precision and technique that gave me the foundation in movement and posture that has helped me become the kind of fitness trainer, I am today. In 2015, and while living in Harrismith, South Africa, I discovered Pilates classes and was hooked, I became a Certified Pilates Trainer that next year, eventually opening my first Pilates studio in Harrismith and now here in beautiful New Braunfels. It is a part of my daily lifestyle and a compliment to my body being a mother of 3 beautiful children Tristan, Tamzyn and Kaylin. Pilates has become my go to fitness routine that marries nicely with my other fitness methods and I can’t wait to share it with all of you. 
Therapy classes focus on activating and strengthening the deep core and stabilizing muscles. This is to establish a strong and conditioned base so that you can enjoy pain-free movement and continuing with the sports you love.
